  • You will have to agree to and pay the Non-Refundable down payment to place your pre-order.

    If you change your mind and wish to cancel your pre-order, your non-refundable down payment will not be refunded.

  • You can cancel most pre-orders at any time prior to their hatching. 

    Please keep in mind that if you cancel a pre-order that required a non-refundable down payment, your down payment will not be refunded.
